Up for auction is a highly collectible JVC Videospere space age spaceman's helmet television with flip clock base (hard to find; produced in fewer numbers then the non-flip base) made in the late 60's early 70's.It is in OUTSTANDING Overall CONDITION, DOES WORK. It has its original base and chrome chain that allows you to carry it around or hang it from the ceiling. The antenna is intact, straight and still retains the tip. The controls are at the top of the T.V. This is an exceptional clean T.V. The white body and base are still white (hard to find one of these that hasn't greatly yellowed). The T.V. measures approx. 36 inches around and the base measures approx. 7 ½" by 7 ½" square. The model number is 3240. If you have any questions please email me. Thanks. I was a mid-century modern antique dealer for awhile (never tried the whole ebay thing out until now however) and will we listing some of our stock on ebay in this coming month so check back.
