This KaBar is just one fine looking piece of cutlery. The word custom just does not do it justice. The brass liners have been worked both inside and out the backsprings have been worked the bolsters have been been and worked and even the back of the blade all the way to the very tip has been filed. The pearl handles are magnificent and the opal inlays are as follows.Red in the center followed by green on each side then dark violet or purple and then on either end blue lab created opal.. Look very close at these opal inlays and you will see that around every one of them both top and bottom is a silver spacer which means they will never chi or get banged up and will be looking this good long after you and I are long gone to the next world.. I should put this knife up with a starting bid of 200 but I will go the auction way and see what it is worth or what the ebay community thinks of it..
