KABAR US Army VE-VJ Day 60th. Anniversary Commemorative Knife, 9142 An impressive knife, this Kabar commemorative salutes the US Army veterans which served in this World changing war. Designed to commemorate the 60th Anniversary of the end of WWII in both Europe and Japan. Oh, what these men gave us. I often think of how we have let our country get in the shape it is now in, after so many giving so much for our country. But, this is not a political statement. It is an opportunity for you to purchase a great knife to remember the veterans of that period. Overall length is 11 7/8 inches, with 7 inch blade length. It has 1095 Carbon Steel blade(black powder coated). It has KABAR, OLEAN NY on one tang and US ARMY on the other. It has a spaced leather handle. It has a leather sheath with KA-BAR, the Army emblem and US ARMY stamped on the front. Look at the commemorative design on the blade. New in box. A great tribute to a lot of deserving people.Shipping and handling is $8.50 in the U.S. with delivery confirmation included. Insurance is optional at $2.50.
