You are bidding on a pair of game used game cleats used by Kansas City Chiefs Quarterback Trent Green. These Cleats are a pair of Custom Nike Barracuda Low 7-studs in white/red. The story behind the shoes :This is the nike air zoom baracuda low. This shoe was made by Nike from 2001-2002(2 seasons). Trent has worn this shoe since 2001. You may have seen him wearing a different style on only a handful of occasions over the last 5 years (newer style barracuda, Blade TD low, Superbad in 2006 pro bowl) and that is because his favorite style(these up for sale) had been discontinued. The newer style cleats had a different cleat pattern on the bottom which made for a slippery QB drop step so Nike decided that they would go ahead and custom make the 2001 style Barracuda for Trent Green for the 2003, 2004, 2005, and current season. These particular shoes were custom made by nike in the summer of 2006 and were worn this season. I do not know what game they were used for but they were worn on gameday and used in practice the following week up to the next game when he got another new pair.
