Welcome to Antiques & Moore! Presenting a FABULOUS contemporary porcelain original sculpture by the talented Mass. Artist Katherine Houston. This fine hard-paste porcelain sculpture was done totally by hand using 18th Century techniques with a modern 20th Century interpretation. This adorable sculpture of a ripe strawberry measures 2.5" x 2" x 1.75" and is solid porcelain hand-sculpted then bisque fired, then high fired with an underglaze to give the porcelain great depth and stunning translucency. We have three of these lovely strawberries available should the winning bidder want more than one. This fabulous Katherine Houston sculpture is in NEW condition with no damage or flaws of any kind. These porcelain sculptures by Katherine Houston are investment pieces and can only be purchased in such high-end stores as Neiman-Marcus and are found in homes of the most particular art collectors and designers.
