Kato n-scale USRA 2-8-2 Heavy Mikado, originally an undecorated version (Kato #126-0200), but I added a Digitrax DCC decoder, painted the smokebox and firebox, and used Microscale decals to convert it to a Union Pacific Mikado, number 2252. This is an accurate loco number based on the range of numbers assigned to UP Mikado's. Runs flawlessly. I also installed Micro Trains couplers on both the front and the rear (stock Kato's included) and a set of the Mikado traction tires (original non-traction included too). This is a great locomotive. I'm only selling because I'm converting from N-scale to HOn3 scale. Its a great puller. Decoder is programed to cab number (2252) but if you need me to, I can set back to default of "3" before shipping. USA Bidders only please, shipping via Fed Ex with insurance.
