Kato Atlas HO RS-3 Locomotive St. Louis Southwestern Railroad Company (Cotton Belt) History of St. Louis Southwestern Railroad Company: /handbook/online/articles/eqs27 This auction is for an HO Scale Cotton Belt, what appears to be an RS-3 style, diesel locomotive, road #270. It is pre-owned and in excellent condition. The shell is beautifully detailed and carries St. L. S-W Cotton Belt colors. This locomotive is being sold "as-is". Kato RS-2 & 3 diesel locomotives in these markings appear to be rare. Motor and drive gear have been function tested, and are all in perfect operating condition. Wheels and wheel trucks are clean, fully in-tact and running smoothly. The molded shell is perfect, with no visible paint chips, missing parts or scratches. Clear plastic window glass and light lenses are present and unmarred. Head lights are lit from within, by an LED module on the motor. Attached hand rails are finely detailed and proportionately sized to locomotive features. Overall dimensions are 8.0" L x 2.25" H x 1.5" W.
