Classic Japan National Railways (JNR) DMU (Diesel Multiple Unit) N-scale Set by Kato. The KiHa82 was a widely used and much loved DMU. It has a classic shape. This particular example is in very good overall condition. Test ran just fine. It has been user modified with the installation of internal lighting units in each of the cars. *I have not tested these - please take the internal lighting units as-is*. The only small fault that i can see is that on the power car, the roof has come off slightly to accomodate the lighting set. THis is barely noticeable, but should nevertheless be very very easily permanently fixable throught he use of a bit of superglue. Directional lighting on the cab end cars. Nice roof detailing. A brand new and unused sticker sheet is included for the end car directional signs. Instruction sheet included. The folio caseis in 'ok' condition. The cardboard sleeve is a bit worn, but internally it is in very good shape. The image below shows a KiHa82 that has seen better days, but nevertheless, isn't she beautiful? Good luck and !
