This is RTR model. This model has neither been out of the box nor been on a track since I bought it. It is new condition. The handrails and detail spur is included. It has been kept in the box, on a shelf, in our house since it was bought. I am selling it because I need to thin my fleet. I am selling other Kato Engines. I will be thinning my HO Scale Model Railroad fleet in the next several weeks, so look at my other listings. I will combine shipping on items ending within 10days of each other.
