Kennedy Estate: Amazing-One of a Kind Circ. 1870-1890: Amazing Large Chinese Silk Embroidered Double Dragon in Frame: Arare opportunity to own a beautiful framed piece of Chinese art. The dragon is very symbolic and this one is just a beautiful silk. Purchased in 1905 at a Kennedy estate sale in Baltimore. Offers Accepted: Bid To Win, No Reserve Auction and Recently Appraised at Many Thousands! to Supersize Description: Research shows two prominant Kennedy family members living in Baltimore during this time-Wiki Pages( Captain John P , and Anthony .) This originally purchased at a Kennedy estate auction in Baltimore from Adam Adams Auctions and Antiques. According to the appraiser, if the provenance were further established, it would raise the value considerably more even. Made of the finest silk, it shows incredibly complex workmanship from some amazingly talented hands. This piece is large and measures xx in width x xx long. The time it must take is incredible. Has been in our family for 60+ years. In a sea of many silks and tapestries, this is one of the finest, most interesting ones around. History: Circ. 1870-1880. Purchased from Adam Adams Auctions & Antiques in Baltimore in the 1950's.
