Basic Search Description You are bidding on The John F. Kennedy Memorial Medal, sculpted by Gilroy Roberts. It is a First Edition Proof, containing at least 1,000 grains of sterling silver and it measures two inches in diameter. The medal is sealed in an air tight container, and all original papers are included, and it is all in the original Franklin Mint Box. The front of the coin portrays Kennedy's portrait and the back is a more casual picture of Kennedy and the quote “...of those to whom much is given, much is required.” followed by an engraving of Kennedy's signature.
