This is a "very cool" if I must say, miniature Kerosene Heater shaped lighter ~ most likely a Salesmens Sample of the real, full size heater. Measures 4.5" high Has Amber glass inside metal cage. The"push" button ignites the lighter. This does NOT have fluid in it, no r is the fluid included. It works! What a great "coffee table" or "bar" functional ornament
