Kestrel KM 40 56cm triathlon, time trial rig up for Bids. Kestrel bicycles have been synonymous with the Ironman World Championships for many years. This rig features: monocoque carbon frame contruction, Dura Ace Components, Profile Carbon Cranks, Carbon Aerobar Extentions, and a Kestrel EMS Aero Fork. The wheels are 650c. 650c wheels wind up fast and are the most aero wheels in a side wind. This bicycle has only been used for racing. I did not train on this bicycle. The wheels on this bicycle have 500 or less miles on them as I used racing wheels while racing. Before listing this bicycle, I took it to a very reputable, local mechanic to have the bicycle completely looked over. According to my mechanic, the bike shifts very well, the wheels are true, and the integrity of the carbon frame is sound and in very good condition. He said the bicycle was in very good overall condition. This bicycle would be great for a triathlete or time trialist. I am 6’2, and the bicycle fits me fine. This bike would be ideal for someone 5’10-6’2.
