Kewpie No 2 Box Camera by Conley - Uses 120 film - Superb Condition The Conley Kewpie No. 2 was a box camera for type 120 film rolls. The Conley box camera has a rotating disk on the front of the camera that offered the option of four apertures (f/14, f/16, f/22, f/32). The Kewpie No. 2 has a non-focusable lens and a single speed shutter (1/30 sec) which is operated by moving the shutter release lever up or down. One of the unique features is the side-loading film mechanism. Most film carriers slide out the front or back. The Kewpie No. 2 has a front slide lever and one hinged rear closure mechanism. When released, the whole side of the camera slides out. Circa 1917, the box camera is in superb working condition with its original handle. Leatherette is in excellent shape with minimal wear. The only flaw is the red film viewing disk on the rear is missing - a relatively easy fix. A nice addition to any vintage camera collection.
