This is a really neat paperweight of a rooster standing on top of a keystone shaped base and the word keystone on both sides of the base. This paperweight is made of steel and is painted red. I was told this was an advertising item from Keystone Steel. Age is 1900-1950 time period. Size is 3" tall and 2 1/2" wide at the base.
