This is a Killer Electric Blue Good Luck Pie Crust Edge Bowl (...or is it considered a Plate?!?)! Made by NW Northwood. It measures a mere 2" High x 8 7/8" Wide x 3 1/4" Base. This piece of Carnival Glass is Superb! Look at the color! And this piece is Low low low... So is it considered a Pie Crust edge Plate? Condition is mint with the exception of 3 very small flaws as pictured. T are 2 tiny chips on the excess glass between 2 tips, and it has a rub / wear spot on top center cleat of the horse shoe (as pictured). These flaws are trivial considering the great shape and color!
