Hi I'm James Parker and I am offering some fine mint knives for auction just acquired in a big group of knives. Personal checks, money orders, and Pay Pal gladly accepted. This knife for auction is a Kinfolks Toledo Scale knife, 3 1/8" closed, produced in Solingen Germany in 1992. This knife is tang stamped with the Long Tail K, Kinfolks and features the Kinfolks logo in the center front side handle. Please see the Supersize Photos. The Kinfolks name is one of the Case Family Tree of Cutlery Trademarks, once owned by my father, the late Jim Parker. As you probably know, Case once again owns this mark as he sold them this trademark around 4 years ago. At this time Case is doing an incredible job marketing and reviving these Family Tree of Cutlery Trademarks. Kinfolks was originally a company started in 1927 by cousins J. Russell Case, Dean J. Case, and Tint Champlin. The scales are Genuine Brass and this knife includes a file blade and a pen blade as well; this pattern has become known as a Toledo Scale knife. Additionally, the winning bidder will receive one of the Case Family Classics Catalog which is in color and is around 15 years old. This is a great reference catalog for knives produced back in the early 1990's by my father, the late Jim Parker. This knife was produced in a quantity of 300 pieces in Solingen Germany in 1992. This Kinfolks Toledo Scale knife is in mint condition (I will provide a box to the winning bidder for safe storage, as it originally didn't come in a box but a plastic wrapper) and being offered at No Reserve.
