KING GEORGE VI Minton's Pot Pate De Sur Portrait Ltd. Ed. 23 of 500, New York 1937 Manufactured for the US market to celebrate the coronation of King George VI and Queen Elizabeth and limited to a production run of just 500 units, this example is in very good/excellent condition. The lid has a few marks and imperfections that I've tried to illustrate in the photos, while the pot itself is nearly flawless, showing only the slightest signs of age although there are the usual tiny imperfections to the glaze from the firing that accompany most ceramic items. Measures 6 cm tall (with lid) x 6.5 cm in diameter.
