For Sale King Pin Reamer manufactured by V. L. Churchill Ltd, England, BMC Service Tool Part Number:

18G 1006A - Swivel Axle Bush Reamer

As described in BMC Service Tools Catalogue -

These hand reamers are designed to pilot in one bush while the other is being reamed, thus ensuring the the holes are directly in line.

This reamer is suitable for vehicles:

Sprite and Midget

I have a copy of the BMC Service Tools Catalogue which confirms that this part number is for these vehicles, and can send copy if required.

The Reamers are in good condition, they were bought as part of a set by my Dad who owned an A90 (called Betsy)

Sadly the car is now long gone, and we are having a clearout of the shed , I hope they will find a new home where they will be needed!

Postage is for UK Mainland only, if outside this area please request revised postage cost before paying, postage overseas is possible - but please contact me before bidding to confirm we can ship to you.

Any questions we will try to answer asap, thanks for looking

Additional Note:

I have been asked about the sizes of the reamer - so my Dad has checked using a Vernier Gauge and measurements are as follows:

The small one is15.85mm (0.6240 decimal) which I THINK equates to 5/8"

The large one is 19.83mm (0.7855 decimal) which I THINK equates to 13/16"

PLEASE NOTE: I have only estimated the imperial sizes by comparing the metric measurement against an old school ruler that has inches on it, If you intend to bid please check carefully using the mm or decimal measurements to make sure this is the correct size.

The measurements were each taken at the collar end as this is the widest part and will be the size of the finished hole - the reamer tapers along it's length.

Hope this helps any potential bidders, thanks!
