This item is a vintage Kingsbury $5 Mechanical Mantel Clock Bank . The bank is manufactured by Kingsbury Manufacturing in Keene New Hampshire. The bank is metal. It opens when the coins in the bank total $5. Coins are counted as they are put in the bank and the total shows on the face of the clock. The bank is in very good condition. There is a little surface rust in areas where the plating has been scratched. Nothing serious or affecting the banks structure. The bank measures 7 1/8" tall and sits on a base of 5 3/4" by 2 1/2". I tested this bank and after you reach $5.00 you can open it.Great working condition. Great for any collection.
