Kit Guard left to right Eddie Quillan, Vince Barnett, Kit Guardin "Night Work" (1930) Kit Guard (1894-1961) was an actor in silent and sound films, also known as Christen Klitgaard, Kid Guardborn. After the silent era most of his roles were uncredited. He appeared as the bartender in "Gunsmoke Trail" (1938). He played Spud Nolan in "Shadows of the Orient", he played Lefty in "Big Money", he played Professor Griswold in "Beau Broadway", he played Stable Boy (uncredited) in "Cockeyed Cavaliers", he played Ring Second (Uncredited) in "They Never Come Back", he played Pat in "Corruption", he played Henchman Pat in "Six-Gun Rhythm", he played Pug - Henchman in "Riot Squad", he played Tracy, Barfly in "Fort Defiance", he played Convict on Death Row (Uncredited) in "Let Us Live", he played Spirit at Seance (Uncredited) in "Houdini. 7.5 by 9.5 inch vintage original single weight photograph from "Night Work" (1930) autograph on a 4.25 by 5 inch trimmed page from an old autograph album (stage, film and 1930's radio actress Toni Gilman autograph is on the back ) The photograph has a light bend impression down the middle left side, trimmed borders.
