The material of compressor wheel and diffuser is Aluminum alloy. The material for shaft is AISI4140 all the item have inspection record, We have RT inspection record for every items, can be showed when you won the items. These bearings are special design for high temp and high speed running. To obtain an ultra low friction coefficient and heat resistant, the cage is made by the special plastic; it can bear a temp to 370degree. These bearing design maximum rpm speed is 300,000rpm, however the design of kj-66 maximum speed is 124,000 which is much lower than the bearings, but please DON’T think you can over speed, since it’ll badly damage your turbine center parts, even crash the whole machine. 7. Is your NGV made in Inconel 713C? Yes, for the turbine wheel and NGV are made by the material, after the fabricaiton, they have passed the x-ray test to ensure there is no defeats between the welding portion. 8.
