I purchased this as a kit back in 1986-87 and had it built and flown on (2) occasions at a cost of app.2500.00 ,I have never flown it myself,the pro said it was and looked very smooth,has been siting on display ever since,was undamaged until it was bumped off table and you can see in the pictures the only damage was to the plastic canopy,you should be able to find a replacement. Motor still turns over fine but after all this time on display its going to need a battery service and complete check out,should not need much and this was a very exclusive Japaneese produced scale helicopter,which runs on a gasoline oil mix,not glow fuel,from memory its a 23 cc 2cycle engine,with a cone start on bottom of heli. It is very large,right at 6 ft. see the tape measure,reason for selling,remodeling the conference room, and this fine piece needs to be enjoyed by someone whom will appreciate and use it. The damage that was incurred when it fell off the table was limited to the clear portion of canopy,the red pieces are OK ,for shipping purposes I have carefully removed the rotor head with markings for reassembly,and tail shaft with rear blade.The clear part of canopy is trashed and will have to be replaced,the red part of canopy assembly will be in 3 parts as was originally, The rubber belt that drives the cooling fan will need replacing,looks like read more
