These are fabulous pieces - great ridged texture on the bottom red band - despite their age the red is still brilliantly vivid. I love the angled 'batwing' style handle on the jug - so striking. Apart from the crazing the jug is in fabulous condition. The mug looks as though it has been used and loved rather a lot - still, it is a nice piece and I suspect could scrub up well - I was just worried about being too abrasive on a 60 year old glaze! Both pieces will display very well. Jug is 14cms tall, Mug roughly 9cms Collection is welcome - currently in N.Wales but can easily be brought down to London for you if you are flexible on dates International postage is an estimate, with packaging etc I would expect the weight to be 1.5kgs - I hope that the quotes are a bit over the top and we can refund the difference - very happy to agree a cost in advance. We don't charge for packaging, just postage and fees.
