"Klondike Big Inch Land Co. Inc Deed of Land". From Quaker Puffed Wheat and Quaker Puffed Rice in the 1955. One deed was in each package. All the deeds were folded so all copies that came from the cereal have fold marks. Each deed was for 1 square inch of land in the Yukon which was patrolled by Sergeant " Sgt." and his dog King. The land has since been turned back to the government for unpaid taxes but these little deeds live on in the collecting world. Each is 8" X 5 1/4. This one is in very good condition and is clear and clean. The original owner did write his name in on the owner's line and t is a 1/2 inch seperation on the fold line on the right side of the deed.
