KODAK Dr Nagel Folding Plate CAMERA 30s Germany Anastigmat + Synchro Rangefinder KODAK Folding Bellows Plate CAMERA from the 1930s Made in Germany by Dr. Nagel-Werk in Stuttgart Recomar 18 Circa 1932 to 1940 6.5 cm by 9 cm cut sheet film ( 9 holders here) LENS: Kodak Anastigmat 105 mm f 4.5 SHUTTER: Compur, speeds of 1 to 1/250 sec plus T and B settings. Interchangeable backs for this plate camera. Camera appears to still have film in it : Kodak Tri-X pan. Included here: 8 extra film holders made by Kodak with d ark slide panels 1 film holder in camera Ground glass viewfinder with fold up hood. T o compose and focus the shot, use the ground glass back viewfinder. A folded leather hood surrounds the viewfinder to sh iel d it from light. Then slide it out and replace with a cut film holder, remove the darkslide and take the shot. Camera opens when a hidden button under the handle on top releases it. Lens slides along the side rails sled. The handle of the camera has the only mark of the model number: 18. Aftermarket RANGEFINDER on the side: USA made KALART Synchronized Range Finder. N ot teste d. Sold AS IS. Lens does not look cloudy. Shutter fires, not speed tested. Payment must be received within 3 DAYS of auction's end. Buyer prepays for item and shipping.
