Up for bids is a Kodak Retina Ia model 015, with the Schneider Kreuznach Retina Xenar 50mm f/3.5 lens and original leather case. The camera is in very nice usable and collectible condition.I purchased this camera from a very reputable camera dealer, repairman. He did a CLA on it before he sold it to me. So it's ready to shoot. The lens is clear from scratches or fungus, the shutter speeds sound good, the 1/2 an 1 second sound a bit slow and the bellows is free from light leaks. There is a slight bit of rust by the "Retina" inscription, otherwise the cosmetics are great, see photos. The flash sync also works well.I cannot vouch for the usability since I've never run a roll of film through it. But I DID purchase it intent on using it. I decided that I prefer rangefinders instead and so I've never used it. I have also purchased other cameras from this camera dealer in the past and they are always unique specimens in "ready to shoot" condition. The case is in very good condition As well, with plenty of life left in it.
