This is one of the MOST FAMOUS photos of all time in the HOT ROD WORLD. This CLASSIC PHOTO is a copy of the April 29th, 1957 PHOTO of Norm Grabowski eating one of the famous Bob's Big Boy Double Decker Hamburgers at the #1 Gelndale, California restaurant which is no gone! The fellow in the background wearing the Bob's jacket is my brother Bill who worked at the restaurant cooking but worked the parking lot on weekend nights to monitor all the cars and hot rods and to stop loitering...Yeah...right!...like that's going to happen. Bob's Big Boy makes legendary food and their hamburgers were the BEST! Bob's was THE place to go any night of the week but ALWAYS on the weekends.

The fellow driving the Flamed T-Bucket is Norm Grabowski who appeared in lots of films and many Walt Disney movies as well. This particuliar car was built by Norm and actually leased to be used in the T.V. series " 77 SUNSET STRIP " and was driven by ED " KOOKIE " BURNS in the show. This is one of the most famous shots in all of hot rodding and this car is famous init's own right too.

This is a reproduction of that famous shot and is auctographed by Norm Grabowski at the bottom of the photo and at the top Norm wrote " Hi Jim, See you at Bob's ". I will be selling this poster WITHOUT the frame glass and mat. This print measures 16 inches by 11 inches. You will receive this pristine poster in a strong mailing tube. The glare is from the glass and the over head lighting...sorry!
