For sale here is my much loved Korg X3. I bought this in 2001 and it was the first synth that I ever owned. The X3 was released in 1993 and quickly became a staple workstation in the 1990's. When I went to Nottingham University to read music in 1997 they had a whole room full of these things and so when I got a job and saved some pennies this was top of my list. The keyboard is in truly excellent condition. Every single button/key works perfectly as if this item was brand new. I really do take care of my gear. The real power (and fun in my opinion) is building patches from scratch and really starting to understand sound synthesis. The X3 is a great learning tool in this respect. The keyboard action is very good giving a nice consistent response. I actually prefer the action to that on my considerably newer Korg Triton Extreme. There aren't too many review of the X3 online as it pre-dates the mass read more
