BEAUTIFUL ANTIQUE EUROPEAN TOWN SCENE...possibly a MID-EVIL GERMAN TOWN SCENE?? PLATE by KPM. TAKE A LOOK AT THE PICTURES BELOW. Condition is VERY GOOD, some wear to be expected from USE and AGE...slight wear & light scratches to the Gold Paint...looks to be from washing?? Overall size is 9-5/8" Wide in Diameter x 1-1/2" High. LOVELY COLORS and DESIGN...OAK LEAVES & ACORNS with a PINK RIBBON as the Border...INCREDIBLE TOWN SCENE of River with Boat and People, Buildings, Flags and Banners Flying...looks to be HAND-PAINTED, NICE EARLY HISTORIC SCENE. It has 2 GOLD BANDS AROUND, and additional Gold Frame Around the Town Scene, with Gold Cartouche Design Around the Frame. I don't know which town or city it's supposed to be?? possibly Berlin?? KPM is a GERMAN Manufacturer of FINE PORCELAIN...Circa 1800's. Signed on the back in Blue, KPM with a mark over it. WONDERFUL ANTIQUE ADDITION TO ANY COLLECTION...GREAT GIFT TOO! . If you have any questions, please email me. Winner pays for S/H/I...I charge $1.00 for handling to help offset cost of wrapping and gas to Post Office. This will have to be double boxed, so please wait for invoice with exact cost after the auction.
