Kristen Labransdatter, Sigrid Undset, Nobel Prize winner, 3 vol box set, 1946. Translated from Norwegian by Charles Archer and J. S. Scott. Alfred A. Knopf, Borzoi Books. Good condition, I see no writing throughout. Card board slip case or sleeve is taped. Spines of three books are faded. Book 1. The Bridal Wreath, 271 pages plus notes. Book 2. The Mistress of Husaby, page 275-642, plus notes. Book 3: The Cross, page 645-1043 plus notes and Designer's Notes. Pages are smooth and clean, I see no writing throughout book. Nice vintage set from an estate sale.I get most of my items at estate auctions, Storage Units, antique stores, Vintage shops, etc. and sell them in an "as found" condition. This is done in the belief that most buyers prefer to receive them as original as possible. Because the items I sell can come from anywhere, I can't guarantee they all come from smoke free environments.I try to give as close to a 100% accurate description as possible.
