This is an auction for a K's (Keyser) kit for a German DR BR05 Locomotive. The kit includes motor, does NOT include wheels (when I purchased the kit the wheels fell apart!). The kit is complete apart from wheels and morot and gears (the ones that were origionally supplied with the kit were of a very poor quality anyway) but not mounted on the cards it came on. It is also mising its origional box. All the castings are there. as is the chassis and bogies. I have made a smalls tart on this kit by removing material from behind the cab windows and opening them out (probably the hardest part of the kit anyway! I simply dont have enough time to complete this kit. there are too many good kits out there and only 24 hours in each day! So I am having a big thin-down. Any questions please dont hesitate to get in touch. I have actually built one of these kits and would be happy to offer any advice. The tender goes together fine and the result is a fantastic looking loco. The only bits that are missing are bits that I threw away because they were unusable and I would have replaced them anyway. If you are new to whitemetal kits then this is actually quite a good one to start on because there is no visible valvegear. its basically an 0-6-0 but with lots of extras! International sellers are welcome.
