This auctionis for the Sheath that fits the ESEE-4 with the standard as well as the serrated blade. � THE KNIFE IS NOT INCLUDED This auction is for the SHEATH ONLY . This auction is for 1 new Kydex Sheath that fitsthe ESEE-4. THE KNIFE IS NOT INCLUDED . This sheath can be worn in the vertical position like my other sheaths or in a modified scout position horizontally across your waist. Keeping with my original design and philosophy the sheath is worn inside the belt when worn in the horizontal position so it stays stable and will snug up to your body. In the vertical position it sits on the inside of the belt as well. The sheath comes with 2 belt loops and screws so you can chose which position to wear it in. Hey you have to unscrew those Tek-locks or Molle locks anyway to move them, this is just a cleaner more secure way to wear your knife. Also available in just vertical or horizontal contact me if you only want one option. A Better ESEE-4 Sheath is what we have here. Why you ask? Here are some reasons. 1. Because you wear it on the inside of you belt it sits right next to your body. 2. The belt loop is located at the balance point of the knife when in the horizontal position so it does not want to fall one way or the other. 3. Made from .80 Kydex so your knife snaps in place and stays there. 4. I will customize it for right or left hand draw as well as belt width and handle type. 5. You can wear it either horizontally across your waist or vertically on your side. I have been making leather and Kydex sheaths and holsters for some years now and have always been experimenting with ways to stabilize them on your body. Any way you cut it, if you put them on the outside of your belt, they flop around some and are hard to conceal. So I keep coming back to the same solution. Mount them on the inside of the belt and they stay put. The knife is held in place with a pressure fit around the molded guard just behind the blade. When the guard enters the sheath it spreads the Kydex enough to allow the guard to enter the sheath then closes back around it when you set it home. The same thing happens in reverse to allow the knife come out in a smooth motion. This holds the knife in the sheath very securely until you need it. The sheath comes in any color as long as it's black . The sheath you see is set up for right hand draw a 1.5” belt.
