French Grande (43" X 61.5"). This delightful original advertising poster from the 1920s promotes Brussels' "La Maison Du Porte Plume," provider of beautiful fountain pens and inks. Artist Jean D'Ylen included a fanciful central figure in eye-catching yellow, surrounded by larger than life pens and ink bottles. These posters are quite rare, and this example shows minimal wear. A faint dust shadow along the edges and a small vertical tear in the background are the only signs of use. Very Fine on Linen.
