Ask to have it blanket wrapped. to zoom Dimensions Height Depth Width Diam Weight 30" 21" 44-1/2" LADIES WRITING DESK French Country WALNUT Finished Back This auction is for a beautiful French Country style Ladies Writing Desk featuring 3 drawers, original hardware, and a finished back. It is made of Walnut. The surface of the Desk is 30 inches high. T is a lip that runs around the back edge and sides that is 1-1/4 inch high. The top is 44-1/2 inches wide and 21 inches deep. T are 3 drawers. The 2 side drawers are 5-1/2 inches deep and 8-5/8 inches wide. The center drawer is 2-1/2 inches deep and 19-3/4 inches wide. The Desk has typical wear for its age (which we believe dates to the mid-1900's). The left side drawer has contact paper at the bottom. The drawers work smoothly and the back has a nice finish (which permits the Desk to be used away from a wall, if desired). The overall condition is very good (see pictures above). This is a beautiful Desk that would look wonderful in many settings, and will give years of pleasure and service!
