Blonde Lady Head Vase wearing a Black Hat This auction contains a Blonde Lady Head Vase wearing a large black hat and a black and white outfit. She measures 6 inches tall and on the bottom has the marks "C7494 Napcoware" with the silver Napco label. There is some light scuffing to the black hat on the inside brim, on the top-back, and right outside of the hat. And there are five pin size black specks on her left cheek. I believe the paint and jewelry are original. I can find no chips, cracks, or breaks, and no crazing on this piece. High bidder pays shipping.
