You are bidding on a lady's NEW cotton petticoat . Please read the measurements carefully to ensure a correct fit. The cream color, cotton, petticoat has a drawstring waist with two bone buttons that hold the ribbon drawstring. T are two rows of 3/4" cream color lace at the bottom of the petticoat. The waist measures 38" fully expanded but can be made smaller by tightening the drawstring, the length from the waist to the bottom of the ruffle is 33" and the circumference of the petticoat is 90". This petticoat is worn under a hoop to keep you warmer in the winter. To customers new to Nelliesniche: We strive to provide quality and period style clothing at bargain prices.
