The stone is AA quality and dark in color. Set in two rows are 24 round brilliant cut diamonds weighing approximately .01 carats each. The diamonds are Sl2-l1 in clarity and G-H in color. Emerald Report from GIA (Gemological Institute of America)--species-natural beryl, `moderate clarity enhancement is present` `Due to their growth conditions in nature and recovery methods, most emeralds contain surface reaching features. For this reason, clarity enhancement is common trade practice.`
