It is all 18K yellow gold. It is TRIPLE signed... the dial, case, and movement all have the Patek Philippe signature. The movement is 18 jewels, and it is running. Due to the age of the watch, we cannot guarantee accuracy. It may need cleaning for keeping precise time, but the movement is running just fine. Everything appears to be in very good condition, just a few surface scratches on the back of the case which would easily buff out. T is some "play" between several of the links, but it is not very noticeable. The band length adjusts to 3 positions which makes the length range from approximately 6-3/8" to 6-5/8".
