Due to anincrease in non payers Payment is now required straight after the end of sale by Pay Pal only,considerable time is wasted in chasing up outstanding small amounts and claiming back after sales fees from EBay on unpaid items . If you intend to bid on multiple items to save money on postage please let me know beforehand and do not assume that payment can be delayed for this reason,I need to know if there will be any delays with payment due to you bidding on multiple auction items,arrange this with me in advance. OVERSEAS BUYERS please check first with me by prior arrangement before bidding especially regarding the postage costs to your country. OVERSEAS postage needs to take into consideration the now mandatory on my part cost of TRACKED PARCELS,this is now considered essential due to the increased number of loss of parcels in the open postal system,please check with me first if you are an overseas buyer for rates to your country. Please check your shipping costs before you bid! I will only ship to overseas destinations with a covering tracking number which costs £5.30 on top of the basic airmail shipping costs. This is because If the Item gets lost, you the buyer will be refunded all your monies back, including postage costs. I cover for this by having a Royal Mail Tracking Number, so we can also make a loss claim, and get our money back as well, there is no other option when selling on eBay. "No tracking number no refund to Seller" I do not send to Italy under any circumstances as too many items are pilfered. There have been cases of different addresses appearing in Paypal accounts from that shown by EBay,please ensure that your address consignment details are up to date and correct,if you need the items sending to a works address then please make this clear immediately after the auction finishes. My parcels are sent out within one day another reason why payment needs to be made immediately,remember this despatch time is my pledge to EBay and if it is not adhered to then I am in default,parcels are sent out every working day except Sunday when the next Monday is used for despatch,items won on bank holidays are despatched the next normal working day of the post office . Models are sent out in strong boxes with bubble wrap for packing,sometimes small parts may detach as many models are very old,please be prepared for the odd detached part or small repair with superglue or similar,boxes may be larger than the model to protect it for transit especially when being sent abroad and in cases of fragile items that need more padding. Please communicate in a timely manner at all times,I will gladly answer questions relevant during the auction,also if you need to know something do not assume it is acceptable,check first to avoid disappointment. The object is for you to purchase the item/s then to pay for them promptly and for me to despatch them to you safely in the time scale stated without any delays. No collections mail only. Your co-operation is appreciated to ensure a smooth and pleasant transaction,thank you. The post office has increased their inland and overseas postal rates once again as from April 1st 2014 which is slowly making it totally unviable to list low priced collectable items for the future,this greed is killing off the online auction collectors market,my aim has always been to offer sensibly priced and in many cases rare items but in many cases the postage is more than the price of the lot,I can do nothing about this so please direct your complaints to the post office and not to me ! much effort is being put in to pass on collectables to new homes and that takes valueable time,whether this can continue as a viable thing is in question for the future. read more
