Lalique France Champs Élysées Frosted Oak Leaf Lead Crystal Bowl 1950'sThis auction is for an intricate Lalique Champs-Elysees hand crafted lead crystal bowl. It is named in honour of the most popular boulevard in Paris, where it was originally purchased in the 1950's from the Lalique boutique. This fine example has been lovingly looked after by my family for decades but reluctantly we now need to part with it.It does not have its original box but has been on display on our dining table for as long as I can remember.It is in immaculate condition with the exception of one tiny chip and a few surface scratches to the base (I have tried to show these in one of the photos - it is possible that these could be polished out).Lalique continue to craft bowls in this timeless Champs-Élysées design which can be purchased brand new in a top London department store for £2,200.
