This beautiful Lalique bottle for Nina Ricci "Coeur-Joie" is in original display box in excellent condition. Heart shaped bottle and center hole with embossed flowers, leaves, stems on frosted background, and clear glass scalloped sides. The stopper has a butterfly on top, leaves, and flowers below. The very bottom is etched: Nina Ricci Lalique France. This is partially obscured by a gold foil sticker that reads: Factice Dummy. Same sticker is on box bottom as well. Nina Ricci is embossed/etched and Coeur Joie on other side of the lower front and back base. Bottle measures 4 high x 2 1/2 at widest. Stopper is about 15/16" in diameter. Though bottle is sealed (wax and copper wire), it likely does not contain "Coeur Joie" but a look-a-like colored liquid and being a factice dummy, was made for counter display. Display box designed to tilt back. The top lid and front automatically fall open to display all. The rectanglular satin flocked box inside the display case, in which the bottle sits, is removable. Looks like someoe had removed it from a glued position by force (see pic). Not seen when back in position. Box measures 5 1/4" tall X 4 1/2" wide X 2 1/2" and does show age and discoloration in a few areas. Priority shipping and handling is $8.50.
