From the 1996 Lang & Wise Folk Art Village Collection, is the "Mitchell Homestead" # 20010101. This is marked 1996 ,First Edition on the bottom of the piece. Condition is excellent!, except... while removing this from the box for pictures, the small metal weather vane, that mounts to the fence on the roof top, came off. So, will need to re-glue if you choose,but looks good! w/o it. I will list this as lightly used, because we may have displayed this once or twice at Christmas time. This does light up!, and measures approx. 8 " wide X 5 3/4 " deep X 7 " high. Box top is taped at the corner,but otherwise decent shape. Email with any questions. Thanks!
