Aloha! Although personally new to selling on E-Bay, my shells have been featured by cyp_man since late 2006. Now that I finally have the time to do this right, it’s time to fly on my own! Thanks for a great experience cyp_man! : ) This hard to find species is typically found in water over 100 feet deep. This magnificent pair was found fresh-dead, but still joined, off Oahu, Hawaii. Specific data accompanies the specimen. Measurements were made by dial caliper and are rounded down to the nearest whole 10th of a millimeter. The longest dimension (diagonal) is 35.1 mm, the right angle “height” is 32.0 mm. The scale bar is in centimeter and 2 millimeter increments.
