A large,well carved nineteenth century Italian coral brooch.I'm not sure what the subject matter is supposed to represent,possible Venus and Adonis with a maid servant.It's a fairly complex carving that measures 2.5" wide x 2" high.Condition is good overall but I believe the figure on the left is missing an attached arm 9and the rest of the spear) that would have projected upward.Please see my other auctions for another coral brooch shown in the last photo.Shipping will be 10.00 in the US and 25.00 international.
