Here we have an old antique wooden bread board or dough board .... large in size at 21 inches round in diameter .... it is 23 inches long with the handle ..... it is 7/8th of an inch thick as well ..... easily from the late 1800's ...... the handle has a worn hole for hanging on the kitchen wall ..... fantastic patina decorates this board ...... I try to keep all my bread boards slightly oiled so they don't dry out ..... the only misfortune with this fantastic board was that an age crack had to be repaired .... it was done many years ago but you can see the line running the length of the board ( see photos 4, 6, 11, and 12 ) ..... both sides are tight, but I wanted to make sure you knew about the repair ...... other than that, it would make a great display in any kitchen .... . there is no reserve ..... I threw in a buy it now option, but once there is a bid, the BIN option gets cancelled out .... was purchased at a n old farmhouse and estate sale in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania ..... if you have any questions, please ask ..... see plenty of detailed photos .....
