This beautiful Shell belongs to the Gastropods, it produces a large spiral shell to protect
itself from predators. What is very distinct about this shell is the appearance, it has a wide lip that is flared and the inside has this very rich pink color. This Gastropod has two sets of tentacles, one for his eyes and the other set for a sense of smell and touch. These are found in grass beds of the Caribbean sea and other tropical waters. The Pink Conch have become very popular with collectors. The shell itself has been used for thousands of years for jewelry, beads, and tools for ancient civilizations.
