Back to this particular table ---- The quarter sawn oak grain and dark, rich finish make this classic beauty âe¦..along with the uniquely turned legs, somewhat of a bobbin-style, on the table and the gates. The large table top has rounded corners and beveled edges. (NOTE: T is a white reflection in the table top photos that is from the stucco wall, it is not a discoloration in the table!!!). When not in use, the drop leaf table has a slim silhouette with both leaves down and fits almost anyw in your home OR office, yet it always stands ready to pull out one or both leaves and transform it into a full size dining table, game table, or board room meeting table !!! All of my antiques are hand selected from European container shipments. I do not purchase in bulk, but prefer to individually purchase the items, with each piece selected for its unique characteristics and quality. Table Measurements : The table is 28 1⁄2âeH; 36âe x 20 1⁄2âe, both leaves down; 36âe x 39 3⁄4âe, one leaf up; With both leaves up, its full tabletop size is 36âe x 58 1⁄2âe. The table is in BETTER condition than most tables itâe(tm)s age, with normal signs of age and use, scratches, dings, and other imperfections; it is sturdy and strong, well built for years to come!! Please note t will be old dings and marks on a table this age, attributes that add to the charm and character!! This table, as do most this age, has some dents that are actually under the stainâe¦.nothing that I consider excessive or damaging to the beautyâe¦.I would easily put this table in my own dining room!!!
