Up for auction I have a lovely German Pewter Beer Stein. This is a gorgeous stein and would be a very unique addition to the pewter lovers collection. By the looks of this stein, I believe it is an antique, though I have no documentation to verify it. T are the normal markings that came from use over the years, but overall, it is in excellent gently used condition. See photos. T is no corrosion or discolorations on this very pretty German Pewter Beer Stein. **This piece stands perfectly straight contrary to my poor photographs. DESCRIPTION: This is a very pretty stein. T is little detail on this stein. What gives this stein it's beauty is the unique smooth surface and fanciful ringlets going around the outer edges. T is a very very small ding just under the upper rings. PLEASE SEE PHOTOS! The hinged lid of this stein is smooth and slightly dome shaped at the top. The handle is large and sturdy. T is a little ribbed style motif on the spine of the handle. The flip on the lid is quite pretty. It is tall and curved. T is a gorgeous dark patina on the outside, while the inside is shiney and sparkling. Very pretty! This stein will be a treasure for it's new owner. The pictures don't do it justice.
