The bowl is cupper with so it can serve as a float bowl. The horn is tall and tapered.Picture this with seasonal decorations or fresh flowers! Condition: There is a small chip on the inside edge of the base that is not visible when in place. There is another chip on the threaded part of the horn. It is inside the ferule and does not effect the threads. Otherwise, no chips, cracks or scratches. Dimensions: About 15" tall; 12" in diameter.
